The formal dinner on Friday Night had line dancing and the parade of Club Banners which was handled adeptly by 1st Vice President Eric; Lion George Twaddle gave a report on Flag Days, and it was the unveiling of new 'personal hygiene kits' project for Sparks Greenbrae Lions which will make use of all the eyeglass cases that we receive with eyeglasses. These will be distributed at the homeless drop-in shelters and other suggested locations. Regions 1 and 2, in Northern Nevada, won the Eyeglass Collections in February with 14,000+ glasses collected; a over 25,000 glasses were collected in the District.
