Special Civic Award Given
Lions George Twaddle and Suraj Zutshi at Sparks High School to present the special civic award to the SHS ROTC Guard. The ROTC guard helps out at the Sparks Greenbrae Lions Flag Day ceremonies at Sparks Elementary Schools.
