Homeless Connect 2019

Sparks Greenbrae Lions were the Reno Expo for the fourth consecutive year.
Lions Alan, Trish and Suraj passed out 250+ Personal Hygiene kits, candy and
additional lotions, soap, shampoo and mouthwash. While the Expo went through
noon, we were out of supplies by 1015am!
We also made several contacts for speakers and future Eyesight care through
other agencies.
We were even on TV as they scanned the room(the blue really stands out!).
Baby Lion Trish is on her way to the Pride Award!
This event is an eye opener to see how much Reno and Sparks do for this
ongoing issue in the area.
